10-year product quality guarantee

The 10-year product quality guarantee is granted for all products which are listed in the price list. Entitlement to the guarantee is based on the respective product features.

What criteria need to be met?

The customer (installer) must have bought a wedi product after 01/01/2016. From this time, all price list items always have a 10-year guarantee. This also applies for all custom Fundos which are described in the price list.

Guarantee services:

• Free replacement of the defective product.

• Reimbursement of documented and necessary expenses for the costs of renovation measures

• Reimbursement for damage to third party property (with the exception of losses for the reimbursement of financial losses, such as loss of profit, operational disruption or manufacturing costs).

Other conditions:

• The products must be installed in accordance with the installation instructions from the manufacturer, wedi.

• Damage must be reported immediately.
