Packaging Ordinance
The Packaging Ordinance aims to prevent or reduce the effects on the environment of packaging waste and regulates the take-back and disposal / recycling of packaging.
As a manufacturer, the legislator makes us responsible for the fulfillment of the Packaging Ordinance and the disposal of packaging. As a manufacturer, we therefore bear the liability for compliance with the legal obligations vis-à-vis the state institutions.
We fulfill these obligations by commissioning waste disposal companies for the disposal / recycling of packaging.
Transport packaging
The return and disposal / recycling of the transport packaging is handled by BellandVision GmbH We are registered there under the customer number 17410.
In Austria, we have commissioned ARA with the recovery. Our license number is: 92870.
France
Product identification "Triman" for recyclable and separately collected products
Regulation No 2014-1577 entered into force on 01 January 2015.
This Regulation lays down the rules for the application of a uniform product label bearing the "Triman" logo.
Consumption is informed by the "Triman" product label whether a product is recyclable, subject to extended producer responsibility and collected separately in France.
