Simple and secure: Working with the wedi building board

A utility knife, handsaw, or jigsaw tools is all you need for cutting.
You can then attach wedi building boards to almost any surface: Concrete, masonry, plasterboard, wood, old tiles and even plaster.
Highly absorbent, mineral substrates (e.g. cement plasters, gypsum plasters) must be primed (for more information, see the wedi application guidelines for building boards )

wedi building board: Smart solution for special applications

Looking for insulation boards for underfloor heating? The prefabricated wedi PreLine enables fast and waterproof installation. The water pipes are simply laid in the factory-integrated recesses of the building board. Then fill with wedi 320 tile adhesive and reinforce – finished.

Need a solution for wet rooms with constantly high humidity levels? We have developed the wedi Vapor building board for such areas – for walls, ceilings and floors. It is also made of extruded polystyrene rigid foam with a special mortar coating reinforced on both sides, but also features a single-sided vapor barrier.

What about interestingly shaped individual designs?? With the wedi Construct building board, you have complete design freedom: Thanks to the factory-cut length- or widthwise grooves, with the wedi Construct building board you have free rein to implement your ideas.
