Three birds with one stone: with the wedi system, you can seal, decouple and balance in one step. Efficiency has a new name – "work smarter" with wedi!
- wedi building board: the waterproof base provides sealing and thermal insulation in one. It can be applied to almost any surface and forms a stable, safe basis for tiles and other coverings. Sealing is simple and fast: with wedi 610 adhesive sealant and wedi Tools sealing tape.
The building board is suitable for both walls and floors in wet areas. It offers a safe sealing solution for all areas. - wedi Fundo: the flush-to-floor Fundo shower elements with integrated drains combine sealing and drainage in one. The integrated slope ensures optimum water drainage.
Each shower element must, of course, be sealed to the wall and floor after installation in the impact area. This is done quickly and safely with the help of our system components. This saves time and unnecessary effort. The wedi Nonstep Pros soundproof mat is a perfect addition to this: It reduces footfall sound and water impact noise. This ensures more peace and privacy – and beyond. - wedi Subliner Dry & Flex: The surface is cracked? Do voltages occur? With this flexible sealing and decoupling membrane, you have the right solution at hand. The double-sided special fleece lamination ensures high adhesion. This makes the wedi Subliner Dry & Flex perfect for renovations or refurbishments where quick and safe sealing measures are required.
Direct bonding instead of building and/or mechanical fixing: make partition walls simple
The schedule is full, the completion date is approaching: fast, dust-free solutions are required – also when designing the room layout. The wedi building boards enable stable and waterproof partition walls that can be easily set up and bonded without masonry work. And after just one day, you can start tiling.
But the wedi solution offers even more: on the current market, no other solution allows 1.8m long partition walls fixed only to the floor and the wall. All that is required is bonding to the floor and wall with 610 adhesive sealant. Additional ceiling or wall support is not required.

Energy-saving refurbishment for long-term savings
Interior insulation can reduce the energy consumption in bathrooms – and save expensive energy in the long term. The wedi building board with waterproof XPS core enables simple and effective insulation from inside: whether under tiles or other wall and floor coverings. Depending on the external wall, heat loss can be reduced by more than half with just 20 mm thick wedi building boards. In a sample bathroom with 9.3 square meters of floor space and two exterior walls, this means that insulation with the wedi building board can reduce energy costs by up to 500 euros per year. The investment pays off particularly quickly through government grants.
