The new Fundo Ligno Plus shower element, with its outer edge thickness of just 23 mm was especially developed for use in timber floor installations in combination with an existing Fundo Top design surface. It sits and fits flush with the existing wooden substrate without the need for laborious levelling measures. Due to the integrated slope, the outer edge thickness falls significantly and so, a support plate is fitted underneath reinforcing the drain area, providing peace of mind about the ever-moving, moisture sensitive wooden floor.
In combination with the seamless, non-slip and antibacterial Fundo Top design surface it provides complete protection against damp, mould and fungi at both substrate and surface level.

Technical Details
wedi Fundo shower elements can be cut to size on site, the geometry of the elements should be maintained however. wedi fundo elements can only be combined with the wedi Fundo drains.

- In publicly accessible buildings and workplaces according to DIN 18040 Part 1
- In barrier-free dwellings according to 18040 Part 2 (please note specifications for minimum tile size if wheelchair access is planned, see Technical properties)
- As a construction seal combined with tile and natural stone coverings of the load class A0 (moderately loaded floor surfaces subject to surface flowing water in indoor applications; directly l oaded floor surfaces in rooms
