1. Introduction and scope
This Digital Accessibility Statement applies to the under the domain wedi.net published Internet offering of the wedi Systems (UK) Ltd. The aim is to ensure that this offer is in line with the requirements of the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) barrier-free access.
The declaration shall be made on the basis of the § 3 paragraph 1 BFSG in conjunction with the EU Directive (EU) 2019/882 and the technical requirements of DIN EN 301 549.

The following content and functions are barrier-free in accordance with the applicable standard:

- Meaningful and contextual link texts
- Visible and comprehensible focus display for keyboard navigation
- Uniform and consistent navigation structure on all pages
- Forms with unique labels and logical tab order
- Optimized layout for various end devices (responsive design)
- Readability and operation with screen reader technologies is always guaranteed
- No content with set time limits without control
- No CAPTCHA can be inserted without a barrier-free alternative
4.2 Non-barrier-free content
Some of the content on this website is currently not completely barrier-free. The following points have not yet been implemented or are only implemented to a limited extent:
- Older PDF documents that do not meet barrier-free document requirements
- Videos without subtitles, audio descriptions, or transcripts
- Graphics or visualizations without any additional textual description
- Individual page elements without sufficient semantic recognition or ARIA Rolls
- Insufficient contrast in certain design elements
- Missing or incorrectly declared language settings for foreign language content
- Incorporated content of third parties (e.g. cards, payment systems, social media plugins) whose accessibility is outside our control
- Automatically updated content without semantic tagging (e.g. ARIA Live Regions are missing)
