The fact that wedi building boards are far more than just floor and wall supports becomes clear at the latest when you look at the possibilities of bespoke design. The building boards in thicknesses of 30, 40, 50, 60 and 80 mm are ideally suited for the construction of tiled bathroom furniture. Whether it's wash stands, benches, shelves or storage surfaces, there are no limits to creativity. The installation process remains simple and straightforward.

Cutting the wedi building board to the desired dimension for the bespoke construction of the bathroom furniture.

Make recesses and acess holes in the building board as required and cut them out (conical cut).

Connect the cut-to-size building boards using wedi 610 adhesive and sealant ...

...And additionally fix with screws. The elements can no longer move while the adhesive is drying out. Work can continue directly.

Additional recesses for niches can then be cut into the body if necessary.

Bathroom furniture with building board — Apply the wedi tools reinforcing tape to bumps and edges using wedi 320 tile adhesive or with wedi tools self-adhesive joint reinforcement tape.
