Flush-to-floor shower systems

wedi Fundo Plano Linea is the flattest complete system for flush-to-floor showers with linear drainage with a total installation height of only 70 mm, including factory-integrated drain technology.
The linear drainage system is positioned very close to the wall and is available with a short or long channel. The precisely specified gradient is integrated into the shower element during manufacturing.

Mark the required channel for the pipework. Saw off the marked area.
Apply a contact layer of tile adhesive to the back of the elements and fill the drain body with mortar.
Then comb tile adhesive onto the back using a 10 mm notched trowel.
Glue the elements into the recess...
... And connect the pipe.
Then close the opening with a mortar mixture.
After 24 hours, sealing of the joints areas can be started.
Cut the supplied sealing sheet according to the cut-out corner including an overlap of approx. 5 cm. Glue the sealing sheet with tile adhesive.
Seal the remaining joints and transitions to the screed with the wedi Fundo sealing set.
