Project information
Building boards with a thickness of 30 mm were installed. At the same time, the walls were also energetically renovated (planking of the walls with additional shells and
subsequent cladding with the building board 30 mm).
The recessed niches were illuminated accordingly, using the entire wedi sealing concept.
The flush-to-floor shower is a wedi Fundo Riolito.

Refurbishment
The building was originally a restaurant with a hall and bowling alley. It was completely converted into a private residential building and completely renovated. The special feature was to maintain the character of the hall with the vaulted/round ceiling and to include the modern bathroom in the room. Since there were no loungers before, all utility lines had to be replanned.
