Floor application for wedi building board

In order to guarantee the full scope of the advantages of wedi building board, even when used on wooden substrates, the following conditions must be observed: The substrate must be rigid (non-vibrating or resilient), load-bearing, dry, free of dirt and harmful contamination. Any unevenness must be corrected.

Prime the wooden floor.
Apply wedi 320 Tile Adhesive to the wooden substrate.
Apply wedi 610 adhesive and sealant to the building boards if a sealing layer is to be created at the same time.
Embed the building board in adhesive in a staggered joint.
After hardening, building boards are additionally equipped with wood screws (5 per sqm) and wedi tools insulation plate plates.
Complete wedi tools self-adhesive reinforcement tape 600 mm. In wet areas, the building boards penetrations and impacts are provided with wedi tools sealing tape.
Tile size at least 10 x 10 cm, tile thickness at least 7 mm.
